Ease of Assembly

All plans are entered into CAD systems at Honka’s factories, and there, computerized (CNC) milling equipment precuts the logs precisely to your log home’s specifications:

• All window and door openings
  
  
• Window T-battens
  
  
• Electrical runs
  
  
• Flat forming for electrical outlets and interior/exterior trim
  
  
• Peg holes and through bolts
  
  
• Wall intersection slots

All components are then numbered and labeled and shipped with complete log wall diagrams directly from the factory to your job site in 40’ containers.

Honka is never satisfied

Honka recognizes that product development is essential to their continued growth as a vibrant company. Honka’s engineers have never been satisfied with current solutions, and are always improving their log components. A good example is the Ball Notch Corner, developed to reduce air infiltration and water damage. Their Round Laminated logs, developed to reduce shrinkage, checking and settling, have no competitors.
